Secure Login Help Page
This page provides information about accessing your account online; the purpose of a secure login is to ensure that only authorized users can enter and use Account Access.
Login Process
New Account Access users
- If you have not yet established a user ID and password should
click here to register now for online access.
- An email address is required to access your account online; for your security, we provide electronic notifications via email when transactions are submitted on your account.
Current Account Access users
- From
www.icmarc.org, go to the Account Login section. Enter your user ID in the "User ID" box then click the blue arrow. On the next page, enter your password in the "Password" box then click on the "Login" button.
- From the main login page, enter your user ID in the "User ID" box then enter your password in the "Password" box. Next, click on the "Login" button.
- Some users may be prompted to enter a security code before accessing their account. This code will be sent to your mobile device, if you have signed up for TextAccess. If you have not signed up for TextAccess, the code will be sent to the email address on file.
- If you have not already provided an email address to MissionSquare Retirement or if we have a different email address across multiple accounts, we will display your current email address on file and ask that you update it accordingly.
- Once you have entered all required information, you will be successfully logged into Account Access allowing you to review your account information and securely conduct transactions at your convenience.
Tips and Reminders about Accessing Your Account
User ID
- Your User ID is not case sensitive
- Your User ID must be between 6-32 characters
- Our site requires the following characteristics:
- Letters (any combination of A-Z and/or a-z)
- And numbers (0-9) or only the following special characters: *, @, _, - or .
Password
- Your Password is case sensitive and must meet the following criteria:
- Must be 10-24 characters in length
- Must use A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and special characters (.,*,@,_,-)
- Must contain all of the following:
- 1 lower case character
- 1 upper case character
- 1 number
- 1 special character (.,*,@,_,-)
- Cannot equal your user ID
